مكونات الكريم:

• ربع كيلو زيت خروع من المعصرة
• ثلاث ملاعق عسل نحل طبيعي.
• ملعقة فانيليا..
• علبه بلاستكيه ذات غطاء

طريقة عمل الكريم:

يصب زيت الخروع ويضاف إليه العسل و الفانيليا ويخلط بملعقة خشبية او بلاستيكيه
ويترك ليتفاعل ويستخدم اليوم التالي لمده اربع ساعات على الجسم والبشره جميعه
وتغسل بالصابون تستخدم لمده من 3 الى 4 اسابيع بمعدل وضع يوميا"...
